Travel Desk: We can assist with travel planning and transfers. Contact the Reservations Staff or Front Desk. Charges as applicable.

House Keeping: Not only is house keeping provided daily, we also provide turndown service every night. If you'd like a warm nightcap to help you sleep better, place a request with our Front Desk.

Parking: Free parking is available on the property. However, we recommend that guests travelling by vehicles not built for uneven terrains use our free parking facility near the Singara check post. Contact the Reservations Staff for more information.

In-House Restaurant "FEAST" and In-Room Dinning: All meals are served buffet-style at FEAST during the designated hours. While vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are included, please inform our Reservations Staff if there are any special food requirements — Jain, Vegan, etc.
Also available:

• À la carte menu to order additional snacks or beverages during meals at FEAST or in-between meals to the room. Charges as applicable.
• Campfire Jungle Barbecue with exotic meats options. Charges as applicable.
• Early morning tea or coffee delivered to the room — place a request with the Front Desk the night before.

Water: A world class RO (Reverse Osmosis) plant has been installed such that every tap for guest usage (including restrooms and shower areas) is supplied with RO water. However, for drinking purposes, we strongly recommend that only bottled water be used. Upon arrival, one complimentary bottle per guest is offered; additional bottles can be purchased as needed.

Internet: Wired internet access is available on a common computer in the reception area. Contact the Front Desk for more information.

Air-Conditioners and Televisions: In the interest of being eco-friendly and offering a complete wilderness experience we have deliberately not installed air-conditioners or televisions. All rooms have either a ceiling or table fan — given the year-round pleasant weather, we are confident that our guests will find this adequate and enjoyable.

Power Backup and Outages: We have not installed a generator as being a noise and air pollutant it would upset the ecological balance of the area. Instead, for the comfort of our guests, we have installed an invertor in every room to provide backup power incase of an outage.
Power outages are rare, but when they do happen:

• They are for long durations (sometimes days) and may cause the inverter battery to run out resulting in no backup power.
• Being in a forest area, response times to restore power are usually slow and sluggish.
• Rest assured, in any such situation where guests want to check-out sooner than planned, our staff and management will be completely supportive.
